I know, I just posted a Felt video the other day, but whatever. This song is from their first album, A Tribute To Christina Ricci.

i’m willing to admit that the song isn’t the catchiest ever. but the reason i love it so much is that slug and murs manage to recreate the exact emotion of suzanne vega’s music, despite the differences. since both suzanne vega and that specific emotional tone are such a huge part of my history, being reintroduced to it in a different context is amazing. and that’s why i love this song so much.
